How much will it cost me?
We aim to complete all our property maintenance/odd jobs within 1 hour. We charge a flat rate fee of just £65.00, any additional hours outside of the first hour will be charged at a flat rate fee of just £35.00 per hour. Prior to our visit, we will discuss the job in detail with you to ensure an accurate price.
Who can use this service?
We serve both the commercial and domestic property sectors in Bristol. Working closely with private customers, business owners, letting agents and landlords.
